Abstract

Health has a very important role in life. Therefore, humans often make various efforts to maintain their health. One way that can be done to obtain health is to consume Herbalife products. Herbalife nutrition is a global producer of nutritional products for a healthier and happier society. This study was investigated to determine whether green products and online consumer reviews have a significant effect on Herbalife's purchase intention. The writer used 110 respondents as the research sample. This research was conducted using survey and questionnaire methods as a means of collecting data from a sample of Herbalife consumers in Surabaya. The author determines two independent variables and one dependent variable in this study. In addition, the data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. This study shows that green product has a significant effect on purchase intention. Apart from green products, online consumer reviews also have a significant effect on purchase intentions.
