Peran Servant Leadership dan Organizational Justice terhadap Employee Engagement di Perusahaan Jasa di Surabaya

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership and organisational justice on employee engagement among employees of service companies in Surabaya. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was employed in this study. A sample of 100 employees was selected using purposive sampling, with the criterion of a minimum of one year’s service. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, organisational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee engagement. This study confirms that servant leadership is the most dominant factor in enhancing employee engagement in service companies in Surabaya.
