Pengaruh Price Perception, Product Quality dan Distribution Channel terhadap Brand Loyalty Kopi Kapal Api di Sidoarjo

In today's competitive industry, maintaining consumer loyalty to a brand is critical to a company's long-term success. Several factors can affect brand loyalty, including price perception, product quality, and distribution channels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived price, product quality and distribution channels on brand loyalty in Kapal Api Coffee products in Sidoarjo. The author determines 3 independent variables, namely price perception, product quality and distribution channel and 1 dependent variable, namely brand loyalty in this study. The research sample is 120 respondents. In addition, the data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study shows the results that price perceptions have a significant effect on brand loyalty. In addition to price perception, product variant also has a significant effect on brand loyalty, and brand equity also has a significant effect on brand loyalty.
