Penguatan Budaya Pembelajaran sebagai Dasar Adaptasi Organisasi

A learning culture, as the foundation for organizational adaptation, is built through five disciplines: systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, and team learning. Double-loop learning challenges underlying assumptions, unlike single-loop learning. Psychological safety enables the acknowledgment of mistakes and the willingness to ask for help. Communities of practice are mechanisms for transferring tacit knowledge. The SECI model converts tacit and explicit knowledge through socialization, externalization, combination, and internalization. Three capabilities of a learning organization: creation, transfer, and behavioral modification. Defensive routines, such as hiding information, hinder learning. Productive reasoning overcomes defensive routines. Allocating time for reflection and supporting communities of practice are essential. Measurement requires metrics for inputs, processes, outputs, and evidence of behavioral change. Periodic cultural assessments ensure the relevance of underlying assumptions to changes in the environment.
