Abstract

This study aims to conduct a literature study related to indicators of organizational culture and organizational performance and the relationship between variables. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing journal articles, books, and other literature sources. The results showed that organizational culture has several main indicators, such as employee participation in organizational plans, acceptance of new ideas and perspectives of encouragement for team contributions, encouragement for innovation and creativity, rewards and recognition. Meanwhile, organizational performance can be measured through two main indicators, namely financial and non-financial indicators. There is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance, where a strong organizational culture that is aligned with organizational goals will encourage improved organizational performance. The conclusion of this study is the importance of building a positive organizational culture to support optimal organizational performance.
