Abstract

Human resource processing is necessary to actualizing organizational objectives. This study intends to examine the respective roles of social interaction, work engagement and organizational justice on worker satisfaction. The study was carried out by including a sample of 76 workers. By applying multiple regression analysis, it was found that through the t-test, the three independent variables played a significant role in shaping worker satisfaction. Organizational justice is the independent variable that plays a dominant role. Workers' perceptions of justice enforcement in the organization must be considered and applied appropriately so that workers feel satisfaction at work.
