Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital, social rewards, and justice on organizational effectiveness. Qualified and competent human capital, social rewards given to employees, and fairness in the organization are factors that are believed to have a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. Through a literature review, this study provides information regarding the relationship between these variables and organizational effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach and data collection methods through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The research sample consisted of 160 respondents who were randomly selected. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that human capital has relevant skills and knowledge, is highly motivated, and receives adequate development and training, contributes significantly positively to organizational effectiveness. In addition, social rewards given to employees, such as recognition, appreciation, and incentives, have been shown to increase social bonds between employees and the organization. This in turn has a positive and significant impact on organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, fairness in the organization, which includes fair and equitable treatment of employees, affects the effectiveness of the organization.
