Keterkaitan Antara Modal Psikologi, Modal Sosial dan Motivasi Berprestasi

Having employees with high achievement motivation is certainly the hope of every organization because the chances of becoming a successful and competitive organization are also greater. This hope will come true if the organization pays attention to the determinants that shape it, such as based on psychological capital and social capital. This is because these two factors are thought to be correlated with achievement motivation. The population is workers of PT. Bokor Mas Mojokerto is part of the production department and 100 workers were used as samples. From the number of samples, the primary data can be obtained from the questionnaires that have been answered by the respondents. The analysis tool uses correlation, the results of which are based on the SPSS output and are also equipped with a brief explanation of the validity and reliability results. The results show that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital, social capital and achievement motivation.
