Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for implementing effective change management in improving the quality of human resources (HR) in an organizational environment. The main focus is to identify strategies that can be used to manage change related to HR development, as well as explore the process of implementing change management, the role of leaders in organizing change, and efforts to overcome obstacles that arise. The research method uses a qualitative literature study approach to analyze theories, concepts, and related findings. The results and discussion highlight the strategy for implementing change management, implementation in the organization, and evaluation of its effectiveness. Evaluation of the effectiveness of change management implementation includes measuring the impact of changes on the quality of human resources and the process of adjustment and continuous learning. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for organizations in improving HR quality through appropriate strategy, implementation, and evaluation.
