Hubungan Antara Inovasi Produk, Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan

Product innovation, customer satisfaction and trust are key interrelated factors in modern business success. Product innovation can increase customer satisfaction and trust by providing added value and better product quality. On the other hand, customer satisfaction and trust can drive product innovation by providing greater feedback and demand from the market. Therefore, it is necessary to observe and research on this matter. This research involved two hundred respondents from supplement drink consumers in Mojokerto City. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis. The findings of this study state that the relationship between product innovation, customer satisfaction, and trust are mutually influential and very important for business continuity. The relationship among the sevariables is positive and mutually reinforcing.
