Abstract

This study constructs an integrated framework for connecting e commerce platforms with supply chain management systems. A qualitative library research method synthesizes peer reviewed articles and industry reports. The findings identify three essential pillars for successful integration. Real time visibility enables all network partners to access inventory and order status simultaneously. Operational agility allows rapid redirection of product flows when disruptions occur. Social sustainability ensures fair treatment of gig workers and provides training access for warehouse employees. These pillars address the central challenge of extreme demand volatility caused by viral social media trends. The proposed framework resolves information distortion problems through automated data sharing protocols and outlier detection mechanisms. Organizations that implement systematic risk management strategies can reduce bullwhip effects without sacrificing delivery speed. The framework distinguishes between signal and noise in demand data, preventing overreaction to temporary spikes. This study concludes that integration success depends equally on technology investment and human capital development.
