Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Motivasi Berprestasi Terhadap Perilaku Inovatif

The company's competitive advantage comes from innovative employee behavior. This can be obtained if the company provides the right work environment and from its employees there is also an incentive to excel. With the phenomena that occur, this study will observe the effect of the quality of work life and achievement motivation on innovative behavior. Observations were made at PT Surabaya Autocomp Indonesia or called PT SAI Mojokerto which is located in Ngoro Industrial Park Mojokerto. A total of 100 respondents were sampled using random sampling for the technique. To obtain primary data, the questionnaire becomes the data collection tool. Questionnaires were processed with the help of SPSS software to prove the results of validity, reliability, normality test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination, simultaneous test and partial test. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. According to the results of his research, it is concluded that innovative behavior can be influenced by the quality of work life and achievement motivation. The influence given by the two independent variables achieves significant results.
