Pengaruh Profesionalisme dan Kondisi Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi

Realizing organizational commitment means that there is an effort to establish long-term relationships in the hope that the organization can achieve its goals in the form of success. This success was obtained through the contribution of employees who can work professionally. The organization must also be able to provide suitable working conditions in the future. Total of 83 respondents were obtained using accidental or accidental sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using an application called SPSS. From the previous discussion it was concluded that professionalism and working conditions have a role in forming organizational commitment.
