Hubungan Kerja Yang Efektif: Eksplorasi Dampak Identifikasi, Kepercayaan, dan Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Tenaga Kerja

This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational identification, organizational trust, and organizational justice on organizational commitment in PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Malang. Organizational commitment is an important factor affecting employee performance and retention. Therefore, further understanding of the factors that influence organizational commitment can assist companies in developing an effective human resource management strategy. The research method used is a survey using a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia Malang. Respondents with a total of 120 with purposive sampling method as a data collection technique. The questionnaire consists of measurement scales for organizational identification, organizational trust, organizational justice, and organizational commitment. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that organizational identification has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Employees who feel identified with the organization tend to have higher levels of commitment. Organizational trust also has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Employees who feel they have high trust in the organization are more likely to be committed to the organization. In addition, organizational justice also has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment. Employees who feel they are treated fairly by the organization tend to have higher levels of commitment.
