Abstract

In order to retain workers as members of the organization, this requires continuous and serious attention. One of the challenges for management is to act effectively so that the company's assets in the form of human resources continue to provide benefits to the company. This paper aims to examine the role of task complexity, perceived organizational support, and self-regulation on turnover intention.The population is the production employees of PT Ajinomoto Indonesia Mojokerto Factory which amounted to 419 employees. Sampling using accidental sampling and obtained as many as 133 employees. The results show that the three independent variables have an impact that prevents the intention to leave the company. The relationship between the independent and dependent variables is negative.
