Keywords:
work stress, work experience, turnover intentionAbstract
Turnover intention is a central issue in the contemporary work environment, with work stress and work experience emerging as critical factors influencing an individual's decision to seek new job opportunities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work stress and work experience on turnover intention as well as the managerial implications that may be relevant in overcoming this problem. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data that can be measured and analyzed statistically to answer research questions. Questionnaires will be distributed to the selected sample, namely employees who are property sales executives in the Surabaya area. Samples were taken by accidental technique at the property company so that there were 100 employees. After the data is collected, statistical analysis will be carried out to interpret the results using statistical tools such as SPSS. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression. In conclusion, work stress and work experience have a significant impact on turnover intention. By dealing with job stress and increasing positive work experience, management can reduce turnover intention and support better employee retention.
