Peran Karakteristik Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Umkm di Kota Sidoarjo

This paper explores the role of entrepreneurial characteristics and innovation in the performance of MSMEs in Sidoarjo City. The study adopts a quantitative associative method to investigate relationships between variables. Data were collected through survey techniques using questionnaires distributed to relevant respondents engaged in e-commerce activities within the Sidoarjo region. The findings highlight the importance of entrepreneurial characteristics and innovation in shaping MSME performance. Entrepreneurial characteristics encompass attributes, skills, and attitudes of business owners or managers that contribute to effective business operations. The paper further underscores the significance of innovation in enhancing product quality, creating competitive advantages, and expanding market share for MSMEs.
