Pengaruh Burnout dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Turnover Pekerja

Every organization is responsible for maintaining, developing employees, improving their lives at work, considering the impact of turnover which can threaten the survival of the organization itself due to the various consequences that are borne. Therefore, there must be special attention to reduce turnover by organizations such as through burnout and work facilities. The population in this study were 24 production operators and 33 processing operators at PT Segar Murni Utama, Mojokerto Regency. The sampling technique is saturated so that there are 57 respondents. Of the 57 respondents who were determined to fill out a questionnaire about statements of burnout, work facilities and employee turnover. There were respondents who were willing to fill out the questionnaire before working hours, after finishing lunch and when they came home from work. The Likert scale uses the range 1-4. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools assisted by SPSS software. SPSS output also shows the results of validity, reliability, two classic assumption tests such as normality and autocorrelation. Furthermore, it is also equipped with a coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results of the study reveal the truth that the two independent variables, namely burnout and work facilities, play a role in influencing turnover.
