Abstract

The human factor plays an important role in achieving goals, making HR one of the elements of a business in a company. Human resources of an organization must always be considered because it is the main determinant of the good or bad of a company. In this company employees will feel bored and work stress in dealing with more and more jobs. So that employees will intend to leave the organization. The quality of labor in an organization greatly affects its success in a company. By understanding what employees want, companies can reduce their intention to switch. Employees generally want the company to provide comfort. In managing an HR in an organization it is very important, where when human resources (HR) are needed in a company to advance the company. This study was examined using 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Researchers used 130 respondents as a research sample. This study proves that boredom and work stress have a significant effect on Intention to Move at PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Surabaya.
