Keberhasilan Berwirausaha Ditinjau dari Faktor Keterampilan dan Efikasi Diri: Studi Kasus Pada Pedagang Kaki Lima di Gading Fajar Sidoarjo

This study aims to investigate the relationship between skills and self-efficacy factors with entrepreneurial success. Skills and self-efficacy are two important factors that can influence the success of an entrepreneur. The research method used is a quantitative study by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to street vendors in the city of Sidoarjo. The results of the study show that the two factors, namely skills and self-efficacy have a significant influence on the success of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs who have good skills and high levels of self-efficacy tend to achieve higher levels of success in their endeavors. The skills needed to run a successful business include industry knowledge, managerial expertise, marketing skills, and the ability to adapt to market changes. In addition, high self-efficacy also plays an important role in achieving entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurs who have a strong belief in their ability to overcome challenges, make sound decisions, and face risks have a higher tendency to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
