Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Niat Berwirausaha Pada Generasi Muda

Entrepreneurship is seen as a process of innovation and creativity that plays an important role in increasing economic productivity and improving social welfare. In entrepreneurial activity, the younger generation has the potential to drive economic growth. Courage, and a spirit of innovation are driving change and creating good new jobs. Encouraging young people to become entrepreneurs not only provides opportunities for them but also has the potential to have a positive impact on the economy and social change. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to identify self-efficacy and work experience on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions in the younger generation. A structured questionnaire-based survey was used to collect data using a purposive sampling technique. As many as 130 youth respondents in Sidoarjo City participated in this survey study, but only data from 110 respondents could be processed. The findings of this study indicate that previous work experience significantly influences entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, data analysis shows that self-efficacy significantly influences entrepreneurial intentions.
