In the business world, the term Good Corporate Governance is familiar. Now many companies are applying the principles of GCG. Good Corporate Governance is one of the keys to a company's success to grow and be profitable in the long term. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has become a hot topic in the business world in the early 21st century. The company runs and develops the company cleanly, complies with applicable laws and cares about the environment based on high socio-cultural values. However, efforts to build GCG are not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, but require commitment, consistency, and sincerity from various related parties, namely company management, employees, commissioners, shareholders, regulators (government) and other stakeholders. With the consistent and consistent implementation of GCG principles, it is hoped that the company will benefit from becoming a Sustainability Company.
