Pengaruh Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja Serta Etos Kerja Karyawan Bagian Kredit Kontrol Eksekutif (KKE) Terhadap Kredit Bermasalah

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of occupational health and safety for employees and employee work ethic to reduce non-performing loans. The study was conducted using a census technique with 15 respondents. The results of this study found that the employee's occupational health and safety program as well as the employee's work ethic simultaneously affected the non-performing loans produced by employees as evidenced by the calculation results obtained that the R2 number was 0.47 or 47%. The decrease in non-performing loans was influenced by the employee's occupational health and safety program as well as the employee's work ethic which was supported by the F test results obtained. The calculated F value is 5.3157, the value is above from the F table, which is 3.058 with a significant value of 0.000 or below the number 0.05, where the regression coefficient of the reliability variable has the highest value when compared to the employee health and safety program variable.
