Pengaruh Leadership Support dan Employee Motivation On Innovative Work Behavior di Perusahaan Manufaktur di Surabaya

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership support and employee motivation on innovative work behaviour among employees of a manufacturing company in Surabaya. A quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design was employed in this study. A sample of 100 employees was selected using purposive sampling, with the criteria being a minimum of one year’s service and a position relevant to work innovation. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 27. The results indicate that leadership support has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behaviour, employee motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behaviour, and that both independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on innovative work behaviour. This study confirms that employee motivation is the most dominant factor in enhancing innovative work behaviour among employees in a manufacturing company in Surabaya.
