The object of this research is aimed at employees of the IC (Inventory Control) section who work at PT. Ajinomoto by involving the variables of professionalism, discipline and work engagement. All employees, totaling 46 people from the IC section, make up the population. Employees with this number will be the respondents. The analysis tool is correlation.
